B2B Customers

Bespoke designs commissioned by a customer may be retained by JamBadger for future reproduction solely for reproduction for that customer. Wholly customer owned designs and customer specific variants of models may be removed at any time at the request of the customer.

Financial documents relating to business to business transactions are retained as required by Skatteverket, i.e. seven years, as may any legal agreements such as contracts.

Business data such as this is kept on encrypted disk volumes on devices with appropriate technical controls, with encrypted backups taken to a local self-hosted backup service.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a B2B customer of JamBadger you may exercise your rights under the GDPR at any time by contacting your sales representative. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Website Visitors

JamBadger uses Loopia for hosting its website, which is owned and located in Sweden.

B2B Customers

B2B customers will have their orders processed in the JamBadger accounting system and bank account, which are omitted here for security purposes. JamBadger uses Loopia for its business email. The services mentioned in this paragraph are provided by reputable Swedish businesses located in Sweden.

Typically shipping is negotiated with customers as part of sales processes, and in doing so you authorise JamBadger to share the information required (typically your name, address, phone number and possibly email address other details) with carriers to ensure we can complete your orders with DHL, DB Schenker and PostNord available as options.

Where your data is sent

JamBadger does not share any data regarding the usage of this website (jambadger.com) or data collected as part of B2B sales with any third parties outside of the necessary sub-processors required to fulfill orders.
